Program Details:

  • Guests must be registered members of the Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts Royal Rewards Loyalty Program, prior to making a reservation, in order to receive Royal Rewards benefits.
  • Reservations must be booked online through our website or our Reservations Office at (800) 22-ALOHA, utilizing a valid Royalty Club Member Number, to qualify for and receive Royal Rewards benefits
  • Reservations must be booked at published retail rates (promotional Aloha Rates are applicable). Royalty Rewards are not applicable to any reservations made at discounted rates, including kamaaina rates, or with special discounted group pricing.
  • Royal Rewards benefits (highlighted in blue) are provided to Royal Rewards members starting with the very first booking made after joining the Royal Rewards program.
  • Ohana Member status and benefits are available to Royal Rewards Members on subsequent return visits. To qualify for Ohana Member status and benefits, guest must have traveled on at least one previous reservation made through the Royal Rewards program. Ohana Members receive the standard Royal Rewards benefits, along with free parking and food & beverage credit as applicable.

  • Early check-in and late check-out cannot be pre-scheduled more than 24 hours in advance and is based upon availability on the day of check-in and check-out.
